I believe that this is a sign that This Georgia girl would fare well in the northerly Shetlands. They take their grits seriously.

At first I thought, and then I realized. South vs. England--it is all in the perspective.
Plus I go light on salt in my grits. The bacon takes care of that.
I hope you don't strew your grits all over the ground.
